Sean Power A Chartered Secretary by profession, Séan is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology and University College London. Sean trained as a Company Secretary with KPMG and LK Shields Solicitors in Dublin.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), Séan's speciality lies in Company Law and Corporate Secretarial Practice. He has written numerous articles and given several lectures on the subject. Email Sean
