Redundancy of Your Existing Staff

Under certain specific conditions it may be more appropriate to make some or all of your existing accounting staff redundant and replace them with BSG Company Secretarial systems and staff.

In these circumstances your existing accounting staff would be made redundant in accordance with the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967-1991. BSG Company Secretarial and our legal advisors would work with;

you and your legal advisors, and
the existing accounting staff and their representatives,

to ensure that;

their rights are protected,
your business is unaffected during the transitional period and
you, as an employer, comply with all relevant Employment and other legislation.
